With the rise of the Internet culture, the word "Geek" implies superior intelligence and hard work, it has been used to describe the people who have fanatical interest in the computer and network technology and put a lot of time for studying them. In short, it is a group of people who have innovation, technology and fashion for the meaning of their lives, regardless of gender and age, they fight in battle fronts in the new economy, cutting-edge technology and world fashion trend areas, make their own contribution to modern electronic society culture.
Why Geeks should write? I think some outstanding Geeks can give us the reason. For one of the most famous Geek in the world --Bill Gates-- he insists on writing diary since he was a child. He keeps writing in purpose of recording his own ideas in everyday life, and he thinks these ideas are quite useful for his Geek career.
Other than that, super Geeks like Larry Page and Steve Jobs they are all good at writing. The famous speeches Steve Jobs gave in Stanford University and Product Launch are all depends on writing. Geeks are not nerds, they are good at present their ideas, show the world their outstanding achievements, writing is the very basic step for doing these things.
